The reason that I mentioned looking for a "Contact" form was to be sure that you were indeed contacting the legitimate Gmail support staff instead of clicking on a link in an e-mail, etc.
With that being said, I don't have a Gmail account, but I did find the following about contacting their support.

If you have an account then just go to the "help" button and search around for the contact mail form. It's sometimes hard to get to right away as most problems are handled by the help section.
Failing that method you can contact them direct at gmail-support@google.com . Be sure to identify your account with your log in address. ####################################################################
