Hi Paul,

There is a free program that will do what you ask....XnView. It will create a Web page from multiple images. I just tested and yes it will display fully animated gifs next to jpg still images. Download the program, install, and read the help section. Be sure to check all the settings to get the desired result. Make sure all images are not convert to jpgs and all images and gif must be in the same folder to make it easier to select the files when loading into XnView's create web page function.
