Paulinea and Eddie, That problem can be corrected so that you can open pps and ppt files directly in your email but it requires editing the registry. Note: This article is applicable for Windows Vista or Windows 7 PCs, with PowerPoint Viewer (2003 or 2007) installed. Follow the instructions at the link below.
