Hi Mr Ed,

Thanks very much for the link to Kevin Yank's excellent article. It accurately describes what happened to my web mail accounts and email. It affects only the email and there I have no background colors or images such as required when trying to format a letter with the necessary tools. All I get is those little, empty, square boxes.

And there is no answer yet as to how do I get back to normal again for it appears Microsoft corrupted Windows 7 somewhere with the use of MS Office 2007.

Thanks for the link and when I find more info about this situation, I shall post and update the forum.
