Hello Hugger1

No, Whisper 32 is basically a utility to store passwords and also a password generator. It is also set up to keep notes or general information about any particular password.

I found it convenient to store my passwords there, along with various serial numbers and CD keys plus all the other sensitive data that accumulates over time. Log on information, etc. It's all there under one roof with copies of the single password file backups stored elsewhere as well.
