Hi all;

I'd like to get into the boot menu of my brand new Acer. I e-mailed Acer, but they want me to pay to talk to someone,. This system is brand new, one week. I feel I should not have to pay for this support. Does anyone know how to get into the boot menu on the Acer Aspire 1301? I've tried F2, F12 and Delete. All I get so far is a menu to pick my boot device or a menu to pick my startup optioons (safe, normal, etc.).
