It varies. Watch the screen from the first, but usually, I think, it is F1. Watch for that, even if you want to boot 3 or so times to see it.

I've tried every F key as well as the Delete key.  F8 gets me to the bootup options (normal, safe, etc.).  All the other F keys get me to a screen where I get to pick which OS I want to use.  But as I only have Windows 7 Home Premium that isn't much.
