Hi, Mr. Ed. Actually, I do not do log off, nor log on, I just boot up.

However, I have used Safe Mode as Administrator and myself, each individually, and
have tried to access Updates from each one. Neither has worked.

I do have tremendous problems with my 'wifi' connection. It constantly disconnects
and I have to 'repair' more or less to get back online. I do know the most recent,
a few minutes ago in Safe Mode as myself, the connection was working but wouldn't
do the Update.
