How can I tell which version of Macromedia Flash and/or Shockwave are installed?

You can test your Flash and Shockwave Players here.
Mouse over the "About" tab on the Flash applet to show what your installed version is.
The version number for the Shockwave Player is displayed directly below the Shockwave logo.

Note: If you DO NOT want the Google Toolbar to also be installed (if it's offered), be sure to *UNCHECK* the checkbox before agreeing to the installation.
Note 2: If you use more than one browser, be sure to test each browser to determine what version is currently installed for that browser.
